Our Principles
We will be careful with our application of AI to ensure we minimise any potential downsides. So, we have created a set of core principles to guide us in the development and application of AI at Morrisby:
- Careers guidance must always involve human interaction and input.
- We develop AI tools in collaboration with our community.
- We will maintain our values, including trustworthiness:
- Bias is never acceptable.
- When information may be inaccurate during development phases, we will make that clear, and ensure advisers are involved to review outputs.
